The privacy-first
family operating system.

We're building the platform every family will quietly run on by 2030 — privacy-preserving, AI-native, multi-generational. Founder-led, Oxford-based, SEIS+EIS eligible.

Why now

Every family runs the most important parts of its life — children's health records, parents' care plans, insurance documents, school admissions, memories — on infrastructure that was never built for families. Email was built to deliver marketing. Cloud drives were built to share slide decks. AI assistants were built to answer strangers, on data the family doesn't own. The cost of this mismatch shows up every day as a missed form, a duplicated document, a piece of life admin that falls through the cracks of seven apps no one quite agrees on.

The category — family operating system — does not exist as a product, even as the demand for it has been hiding in plain sight in every WhatsApp group of three adults trying to coordinate a school run. We're building it during a unique 24-month window: end-to-end encryption has crossed into consumer expectations, AI inference can finally happen on local data, and the EU's regulatory direction (EUDIW, AI Act, DSA) creates structural advantages for privacy-first players that Big Tech's ad-funded business model cannot follow.

The story

It started with a familiar moment. A school form due at 9am, somewhere in last week's email thread. A grandparent's medication list that needed to be in three places at once. A child's passport scan that exists, you're sure of it, but is it in Drive, in Photos, in WhatsApp, or in the one folder you definitely-meant-to-clean-up-someday? The right document was always somewhere. The right version usually wasn't. And by the time you found it, the moment had passed.

We started building allme.life because we were tired of our families' lives being scattered across seven apps that were never speaking to each other. We wanted a private home for the school forms and the family photos and the grandparent's prescription and the children's school art — all in one place, searchable in seconds, with a quiet AI helper called Jerry who could pull together the answer to "what was the date of grandma's hospital appointment?" without needing to ask the entire family group chat. We wanted everything to stay in our family. Encrypted on the way in, encrypted on the way out, not visible to us, not sold to anyone. The home we built is the home we needed.

Public beta opens 16 June 2026. We're currently in closed-beta testing with a deliberately restricted cohort of families — small enough that every conversation shapes the product.
