Your family runs on information
it can't find.

The average household's life is scattered across a hundred accounts, four inboxes, three cloud drives and a kitchen drawer. allme.life turns that fragmentation into one private, intelligent memory — so nothing gets missed, nothing gets done twice, and everyone's on the same page.

The bottleneck isn't effort. It's fragmentation.

Run the numbers on your own household. Two adults, each with a work and a personal inbox — four places an important email can land. School apps, GP portals, insurance logins, banking, utilities: a hundred-plus accounts per adult, each holding a piece of your family's life. No single member of the family can see all of it. No two members see the same slice of it.

That fragmentation has a measurable cost, and every family pays it in the same three currencies:

  • Missed obligations. The MOT reminder in an inbox nobody checks. The school payment deadline in an app only one parent installed. The insurance renewal that quietly auto-renewed at a worse rate. Each miss has a price — in fees, premiums, or a weekend lost to fixing it.
  • Duplicated work. Both parents keeping separate, incomplete versions of the same records. The same document requested, downloaded and filed three times. Every search starting from zero because the last search's answer lived in someone else's head.
  • Coordination failure. “I thought you had it.” The appointment double-booked, the form only one of you knew existed, the handover that doesn't happen when one partner manages everything — until suddenly, one day, they can't.

This is the household bottleneck: not any single app, but the gaps between all of them.

One shared memory. One worker on top of it.

allme.life does two things, in order. First, it consolidates. Your emails, files, documents, calendars, notes and tasks — from Gmail, Outlook, Google Drive, OneDrive and allme.life itself — flow into one place your whole family can actually see. Not another app beside the twenty you have; the layer underneath them.

Then it works the backlog. Jerry, your family's private AI, reads what arrives and does what a brilliant household PA would do: extracts the bill and its due date, spots the appointment and puts it where both of you will see it, flags the renewal before the deadline instead of after. Every date found, every obligation surfaced, every duplicate collapsed into a single source of truth.

The measure of success is simple, and it's the one we build against: fewer things missed, less work done twice, and every member of the family able to find any answer in seconds — not by asking whoever “handles that.”

You can't centralise a family's life on someone else's terms.

Here's the catch every family senses: the only way to fix fragmentation is to put everything in one place — and one place holding your health records, finances, legal documents and children's lives is exactly what you should never hand to an advertising company. That's why the bottleneck has survived so long. The fix wasn't trustworthy.

So we built the trustworthy version first. Zero-knowledge, end-to-end encryption means everything is sealed before it reaches our servers — we cannot read your data, ever. When Jerry works on something, it's decrypted only inside a brief window you've authorised, processed, then wiped — and every access leaves a receipt you can inspect. Privacy isn't a feature on our list. It's the thing that makes the list safe to have.

Seven places the bottleneck lives. One fix for each.

We didn't set out to build seven modules. We followed the missed obligations, the duplicated work and the coordination failures to where they actually happen — and built the fix in place. All zero-knowledge, end-to-end encrypted, cross-platform.

Unified Email Where obligations arrive. One encrypted inbox across Gmail, Outlook and allme.life — AI triage catches the deadline before you archive it.
Cloud Drives Where documents get lost. One encrypted, searchable place across Google Drive, OneDrive and allme.life.
Life Vault Coming soon Where the emergency papers live. Passports, contracts, medical records — with expiry alerts, so renewals become routine instead of a scramble.
Jerry The worker on top. Reads only on request, inside sealed sessions — decrypted briefly, processed, wiped — turning arriving chaos into dated, assigned, findable items.
Family Messenger Where “I thought you had it” ends. End-to-end encrypted family space for files, notes and tasks.
Notes & Tasks One shared source of truth. Capture, organise, sync — web, iOS, Android, whole family.
Calendar Where double-bookings die. Google, Microsoft and allme.life in one family view, with AI scheduling.

How It Works

The technology behind your privacy — intelligence without compromise

Zero-Knowledge Privacy

End-to-end encryption means we never see your data. Everything is encrypted on your device before it reaches our servers. We never hold the keys — only you and your family can unlock your information.

Jerry — Your AI Agent

Your family’s intelligent companion. Jerry anticipates needs, sends proactive reminders, connects insights across your whole digital life, and automates the tedious — all while your data stays encrypted and private.

Sovereign Data Pipeline

AI that respects your privacy. Data is processed ephemerally in memory via Temporal Process Isolation — decrypted briefly, analysed, then wiped. Never stored in the clear. Never learned from. Intelligence without compromise.

Quantum-Safe Encryption

Future-proof security using post-quantum Kyber algorithms alongside ChaCha20-Poly1305. Your family’s data is protected not just today, but for decades against emerging quantum computing threats.

Ready for the Age of Accountable AI

AI regulation is arriving — the EU AI Act is taking effect, and the UN’s ITU is developing standards so AI agents remain identifiable, under meaningful human control, and accountable. allme.life was built this way from day one:

  • Identifiable — Jerry is always visibly an AI, never impersonating a person
  • Under your control — Jerry acts only in sessions you explicitly authorise
  • Accountable — every AI action is logged and auditable, with your content redacted
  • Safe for children — age-calibrated profiles under parental control, by architecture
  • Never trained on your data — your family’s life is not our model’s training set

We don’t retrofit trust. It’s the architecture.

Count what fragmentation cost you last year.

One missed renewal, one late fee, one lost afternoon hunting a document, one conversation that started with “I thought you knew.” Then let one private place hold it all — free during beta, encrypted always.
