Your life runs on information
you can't find.

Your life is scattered across a hundred-plus accounts, two inboxes, three cloud drives and a notes app you stopped trusting. allme.life turns that fragmentation into one private, intelligent memory — so nothing gets missed, nothing gets done twice, and every answer is seconds away.

A little less remembering. A little more living.

Life Intelligence

Why allme.life exists

Life is fragmented. Our most important information is scattered across email, health systems, banks, schools, cloud storage, insurers and dozens of apps — and none of them understands our life as a whole.

allme.life is building the privacy-first, AI-native operating system for life.

It starts with you — helping you organise, understand and proactively manage your personal life across four connected areas:

Personal Growth Health Finance

Then it extends naturally to the people you care about. Three generations. One platform. You can manage your own life, coordinate life with your partner and children, and support ageing parents — while each person retains control and privacy over their own information.

And privacy isn't simply a feature. We're architected so that we can't see your private data, even if we wanted to. AI isn't a chatbot added on top either — it's embedded throughout the platform: organising, connecting and understanding information, and proactively identifying what needs attention.

We call this Life Intelligence: one private AI platform that grows from the individual to the entire family.

One life. One family. One intelligent, private platform.

The allme.life My space: Jerry surfacing a few things worth knowing — a course starting Monday, an insurance renewal in 21 days — above Personal, Growth, Health and Finance cards

Your own space — Jerry, your week and your four life areas, private by design.

The bottleneck isn't effort. It's fragmentation.

Run the numbers on your own life. A work inbox and a personal one — two places an important email can land, and neither is where you'll look for it in six months. GP portal, banking apps, insurance logins, HMRC, utilities, subscriptions: a hundred-plus accounts, each holding one piece of your life, none holding the whole picture. Not even you.

That fragmentation has a measurable cost, and you pay it in the same three currencies every month:

  • Missed obligations. The MOT reminder buried under newsletters. The insurance renewal that quietly auto-renewed at a worse rate. The subscription you meant to cancel three renewals ago. Each miss has a price — in fees, premiums, or an evening lost to fixing it.
  • Duplicated work. The same document downloaded, renamed and filed three times, in three places, under three names. Every search starting from zero because the answer lives in an account you forgot you had.
  • Mental load. You are the index. The dates, the deadlines, the where-did-I-put-it — all of it held in your head because no system holds it for you. That's the tab that never closes.

This is the personal bottleneck: not any single app, but the gaps between all of them.

One private memory. One worker on top of it.

allme.life does two things, in order. First, it consolidates. Your emails, files, documents, calendars, notes and tasks — from Gmail, Outlook, Google Drive, OneDrive and allme.life itself — flow into one place you can actually search. Not another app beside the twenty you have; the layer underneath them.

Then it works the backlog. Jerry, your private AI, reads what arrives and does what a brilliant PA would do: extracts the bill and its due date, spots the appointment and puts it on your calendar, flags the renewal before the deadline instead of after. Every date found, every obligation surfaced, every duplicate collapsed into a single source of truth.

The measure of success is simple, and it's the one we build against: fewer things missed, less work done twice, and any answer findable in seconds — without you being the index.

You can't centralise your life on someone else's terms.

Here's the catch you already sense: the only way to fix fragmentation is to put everything in one place — and one place holding your health records, finances, legal documents and private correspondence is exactly what you should never hand to an advertising company. That's why the bottleneck has survived so long. The fix wasn't trustworthy.

So we built the trustworthy version first. Zero-knowledge, end-to-end encryption means everything is sealed before it reaches our servers — we cannot read your data, ever. When Jerry works on something, it's decrypted only inside a brief window you've authorised, processed, then wiped — and every access leaves a receipt you can inspect. Privacy isn't a feature on our list. It's the thing that makes the list safe to have.

How It Works

The technology behind your privacy — intelligence without compromise

Zero-Knowledge Privacy

End-to-end encryption means we never see your data. Everything is encrypted on your device before it reaches our servers. We never hold the keys — only you can unlock your information.

Jerry — Your AI Agent

Your intelligent companion. Jerry anticipates needs, sends proactive reminders, connects insights across your whole digital life, and automates the tedious — all while your data stays encrypted and private.

Sovereign Data Pipeline

AI that respects your privacy. Data is processed ephemerally in memory via Temporal Process Isolation — decrypted briefly, analysed, then wiped. Never stored in the clear. Never learned from. Intelligence without compromise.

Quantum-Safe Encryption

Future-proof security using post-quantum Kyber algorithms alongside ChaCha20-Poly1305. Your data is protected not just today, but for decades against emerging quantum computing threats.

Ready for the Age of Accountable AI

AI regulation is arriving — the EU AI Act is taking effect, and the UN’s ITU is developing standards so AI agents remain identifiable, under meaningful human control, and accountable. allme.life was built this way from day one:

  • ✓ Identifiable — Jerry is always visibly an AI, never impersonating a person
  • ✓ Under your control — Jerry acts only in sessions you explicitly authorise
  • ✓ Accountable — every AI action is logged and auditable, with your content redacted
  • ✓ Safe for children — age-calibrated profiles under parental control, by architecture
  • ✓ Never trained on your data — your life is not our model’s training set

We don’t retrofit trust. It’s the architecture.

Count what fragmentation cost you last year.

One missed renewal, one late fee, one lost evening hunting a document you know you saved somewhere. Then let one private place hold it all — free forever for one person, encrypted always.

Questions people ask us

The honest answers, before you sign up

Can I use allme.life just for myself?

Yes — and you can keep it that way forever. The Personal plan is free for one person, permanently, with no credit card. Family features exist when you want them, and never before.

What happens if I add family later?

Your personal space stays yours. Adding family members creates a shared space alongside it — you choose, item by item, what moves into it. Nothing you've stored becomes visible to anyone unless you share it.

Can you really not read my data?

Really. Everything is encrypted on your device before it reaches our servers, and only you hold the keys — there is no admin backdoor, no support override. When Jerry works on something, it happens inside a brief session you've authorised, and every access leaves a receipt you can inspect.

Will I be charged when the beta ends?

Never automatically. We'll email you at least 60 days before the beta ends, and you choose: founder pricing or the free Personal plan. No surprise charges, ever.
