Pre-Launch Services
We are currently in a pre-launch phase. By signing up for beta notifications, you agree to receive communications from us regarding our launch and service updates. You may unsubscribe at any time by contacting us at hello@allme.life or by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
Beta Programme
Participation in our beta programme is voluntary. Beta software may contain bugs or errors. We provide the beta service "as is" and make no warranties regarding its functionality or availability. Beta participants acknowledge that:
- The service may experience downtime or data loss during the beta period
- Features may change, be added, or removed without prior notice
- Feedback provided during the beta may be used to improve the product
- Beta access is granted at our discretion and may be revoked at any time
User Accounts
When the platform launches, you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. Because allme.life uses zero-knowledge encryption, we cannot recover your encryption keys if they are lost.
Your Data
allme.life uses zero-knowledge encryption. This means:
- Your data is encrypted on your device before transmission to our servers
- We do not have access to your encryption keys
- We cannot access, read, or recover your encrypted data
- You are responsible for maintaining access to your encryption keys
- If you lose your encryption keys, we cannot recover your data
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use allme.life for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. Prohibited activities include:
- Attempting to circumvent security measures
- Using the service to store or distribute illegal content
- Interfering with other users' access to the service
- Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code
- Using automated tools to access the service without permission
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of allme.life and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of all data you store on allme.life. We claim no ownership over your content.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, allme.life shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your encrypted data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, with notice provided where practicable.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
