Everything you need to know about allme.life
General
What is allme.life?
allme.life is a privacy-first family operating system that brings together email, documents, calendar, tasks, notes, and messaging into one secure platform. All data is protected with zero-knowledge end-to-end encryption, meaning we can never access your family's information. Our AI assistant, LAYWi, provides intelligent help without compromising your privacy.
When does allme.life launch?
Beta registration opens March 1, 2026. The beta goes live May 1, 2026. The initial launch focuses on the UK market, with EU expansion planned for subsequent phases.

Privacy & Security
What does "zero-knowledge encryption" mean?
Zero-knowledge encryption means all your data is encrypted on your device before it reaches our servers. We never hold the decryption keys. Even if our servers were breached, or if we received a government request, we could not access your data because we simply don't have the ability to decrypt it.
Can allme.life read my emails or documents?
No. All content is end-to-end encrypted using zero-knowledge architecture. We physically cannot access your data. Your encryption keys never leave your device.
How does AI work if you can't read my data?
allme.life uses a Sovereign Data Pipeline (SDP) with two processing modes — real-time and optional overnight Eco Plan batch processing. In both modes, data is processed in small chunks: each item is decrypted in memory for only 30–120 seconds, processed by AI in parallel isolated sessions, then re-encrypted and wiped. Your data is never fully decrypted at once, and the AI never stores or learns from your raw data. Learn more about the Sovereign Data Pipeline →
Is allme.life GDPR compliant?
Yes. allme.life is built with GDPR-native design from the ground up. We support full data portability, right to erasure, data minimization by default, and transparent data processing. Based in Oxford, UK, we comply with both UK GDPR and EU GDPR.
What encryption does allme.life use?
allme.life uses a two-layer encryption architecture: X25519 + ChaCha20-Poly1305 for content encryption (emails, notes, files) with forward secrecy, and Argon2id + AES-256-GCM for private key protection. ML-KEM-1024 (NIST FIPS 203) hybrid post-quantum encryption is scheduled for Q1 2026, providing protection against both classical and future quantum computer attacks.
What is the Sovereign Data Pipeline?
The Sovereign Data Pipeline (SDP) is allme.life's proprietary privacy-preserving AI technology. It uses Temporal Process Isolation (TPI) — secure, time-bounded sessions that you explicitly authorise. The SDP supports two modes:
- Real-time processing — AI features work instantly while you use the app.
- Eco Plan — you authorise an overnight batch window and our servers process your emails, documents, and calendar in bulk during off-peak hours. Encrypted insights are ready when you wake up.
In both modes, data is processed in small chunks — each item is decrypted in memory for only 30–120 seconds, processed by AI in parallel isolated sessions, then re-encrypted and wiped. Your data is never fully decrypted at once; even during batch processing, only a tiny fraction exists in decrypted form at any moment. When a session ends, all decryption keys are automatically destroyed. No raw data is ever stored or used to train models.
How allme.life Compares
How is allme.life different from Google Workspace?
Unlike Google, allme.life uses zero-knowledge encryption — we physically cannot read your data. Google scans content for advertising and AI training. allme.life is also purpose-built for families with features like family document management, shared calendars, and care coordination.
How is allme.life different from Trustworthy?
While Trustworthy focuses primarily on document storage, allme.life is a complete family operating system. allme.life includes email management, calendar, tasks, encrypted messaging, and an AI assistant — all with zero-knowledge encryption that Trustworthy doesn't offer.
How is allme.life different from Microsoft 365 Family?
Microsoft 365 is a business productivity suite adapted for families. allme.life is purpose-built for families from day one. The key difference is privacy: allme.life uses zero-knowledge encryption so we can never access your data, while Microsoft retains the ability to scan content for features and compliance.
How is allme.life different from Apple iCloud?
Apple provides end-to-end encryption for some data categories, but not all. allme.life encrypts everything with zero-knowledge architecture. Additionally, allme.life works across all platforms (web, iOS, Android) while iCloud is limited to Apple devices. allme.life also offers AI-powered categorization and family-specific features that iCloud lacks.
