Your family runs on information
it can't find.
The average household's life is scattered across a hundred accounts, four inboxes, three cloud drives and a kitchen drawer. allme.life turns that fragmentation into one private, intelligent memory — so nothing gets missed, nothing gets done twice, and everyone's on the same page.
A little less to carry. A little more together.
Family Intelligence
Why allme.life exists
Families today run their lives across dozens of disconnected systems — email, health records, finances, schools, cloud storage, insurance and family documents. The information exists, but nothing actually understands the family as a whole.
allme.life is building the privacy-first, AI-native operating system for family life.
We bring a family's digital life together across five connected areas — and use AI to turn fragmented information into useful, proactive intelligence.
What makes allme.life fundamentally different is the architecture. Privacy-first means we're designed so that we cannot see a family's private data, even if we wanted to. And AI-native means AI isn't a chatbot added at the end — it's embedded throughout the platform: organising, connecting, understanding and anticipating what matters.
So instead of simply storing an insurance document, allme.life can understand the renewal, connect it to the family's finances and surface what needs attention before it becomes a problem.
We believe this creates a new category: Family Intelligence — helping families manage the complexity of life without surrendering their privacy.
Your family. Your data. Your intelligence.
The shared family space — Jerry, calendar, tasks and documents in one private place.
The bottleneck isn't effort. It's fragmentation.
Run the numbers on your own household. Two adults, each with a work and a personal inbox — four places an important email can land. School apps, GP portals, insurance logins, banking, utilities: a hundred-plus accounts per adult, each holding a piece of your family's life. No single member of the family can see all of it. No two members see the same slice of it.
That fragmentation has a measurable cost, and every family pays it in the same three currencies:
- Missed obligations. The MOT reminder in an inbox nobody checks. The school payment deadline in an app only one parent installed. The insurance renewal that quietly auto-renewed at a worse rate. Each miss has a price — in fees, premiums, or a weekend lost to fixing it.
- Duplicated work. Both parents keeping separate, incomplete versions of the same records. The same document requested, downloaded and filed three times. Every search starting from zero because the last search's answer lived in someone else's head.
- Coordination failure. “I thought you had it.” The appointment double-booked, the form only one of you knew existed, the handover that doesn't happen when one partner manages everything — until suddenly, one day, they can't.
This is the household bottleneck: not any single app, but the gaps between all of them.
One shared memory. One worker on top of it.
allme.life does two things, in order. First, it consolidates. Your emails, files, documents, calendars, notes and tasks — from Gmail, Outlook, Google Drive, OneDrive and allme.life itself — flow into one place your whole family can actually see. Not another app beside the twenty you have; the layer underneath them.
Then it works the backlog. Jerry, your family's private AI, reads what arrives and does what a brilliant household PA would do: extracts the bill and its due date, spots the appointment and puts it where both of you will see it, flags the renewal before the deadline instead of after. Every date found, every obligation surfaced, every duplicate collapsed into a single source of truth.
The measure of success is simple, and it's the one we build against: fewer things missed, less work done twice, and every member of the family able to find any answer in seconds — not by asking whoever “handles that.”
You can't centralise a family's life on someone else's terms.
Here's the catch every family senses: the only way to fix fragmentation is to put everything in one place — and one place holding your health records, finances, legal documents and children's lives is exactly what you should never hand to an advertising company. That's why the bottleneck has survived so long. The fix wasn't trustworthy.
So we built the trustworthy version first. Zero-knowledge, end-to-end encryption means everything is sealed before it reaches our servers — we cannot read your data, ever. When Jerry works on something, it's decrypted only inside a brief window you've authorised, processed, then wiped — and every access leaves a receipt you can inspect. Privacy isn't a feature on our list. It's the thing that makes the list safe to have.
A digital hearth, not another shared calendar.
Families used to have one place where everything came together — the kitchen table, the drawer with the important papers, the person who just knew. What replaced it was twenty apps, each holding a fragment, none holding the family. allme.life is built to be that gathering place again: one private space where your household's knowledge, obligations and memories live together, visible to the people you choose, sealed from everyone else — and still there for the next generation.
Start small. No family meeting required.
Sharing is always optional and controlled — every member keeps a private space only they can open. Nobody has to sign up on day one.
Start with your own space
Connect your inbox and drives, let Jerry work through the backlog, and see the value for yourself first — free, no credit card.
Invite, and share selectively
Bring in a partner or a parent when you're ready. You choose — item by item — what moves into the shared space. Everything else stays private to you.
Find your family rhythm
The calendar fills in, the papers find their drawer, “I thought you had it” fades out. The household runs on one memory instead of five.

How It Works
The technology behind your privacy — intelligence without compromise
Zero-Knowledge Privacy
End-to-end encryption means we never see your data. Everything is encrypted on your device before it reaches our servers. We never hold the keys — only you and your family can unlock your information.
Jerry — Your AI Agent
Your family’s intelligent companion. Jerry anticipates needs, sends proactive reminders, connects insights across your whole digital life, and automates the tedious — all while your data stays encrypted and private.
Sovereign Data Pipeline
AI that respects your privacy. Data is processed ephemerally in memory via Temporal Process Isolation — decrypted briefly, analysed, then wiped. Never stored in the clear. Never learned from. Intelligence without compromise.
Quantum-Safe Encryption
Future-proof security using post-quantum Kyber algorithms alongside ChaCha20-Poly1305. Your family’s data is protected not just today, but for decades against emerging quantum computing threats.
Ready for the Age of Accountable AI
AI regulation is arriving — the EU AI Act is taking effect, and the UN’s ITU is developing standards so AI agents remain identifiable, under meaningful human control, and accountable. allme.life was built this way from day one:
- ✓ Identifiable — Jerry is always visibly an AI, never impersonating a person
- ✓ Under your control — Jerry acts only in sessions you explicitly authorise
- ✓ Accountable — every AI action is logged and auditable, with your content redacted
- ✓ Safe for children — age-calibrated profiles under parental control, by architecture
- ✓ Never trained on your data — your family’s life is not our model’s training set
We don’t retrofit trust. It’s the architecture.
Count what fragmentation cost you last year.
One missed renewal, one late fee, one lost afternoon hunting a document, one conversation that started with “I thought you knew.” Then let one private place hold it all — free during beta, encrypted always.

The honest answers, before you bring anyone else in
Does my whole family have to join at once?
No. Start alone, and invite people one at a time, whenever they're ready — next week or next year. A family space works from two members up, and grows as you add them.
What can other family members see?
Only what each person chooses to share. Everyone keeps a fully private space — encrypted with their own keys — and shares into the family space item by item. There's no all-seeing family admin, and parents' private data is as sealed from the household as anyone else's.
Is it safe for children?
Children get age-calibrated profiles under parental control, by architecture — not a toggle. Jerry is always visibly an AI, every action it takes is auditable, and nothing your family stores is ever used for advertising or model training.
What happens to the family space if someone leaves?
Their private space goes with them, intact. What they shared into the family space follows the rules you set together — and because you hold the keys, this is decided by your family, not by us.
